Supreme
Wheel Warranty
-
The
manufacturer warrants to the original retail
purchaser that products manufactured will be
free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from
the date of purchase. The company's SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION under this warranty
shall be to repair or replace, at the
company's sole discretion, without
additional charge, any product which does
not conform to this warranty and is
returned, freight paid, attention Warranty
Return Center with a copy of the original
sales receipt or other satisfactory evidence
of date of purchase to the company or to
dealer from whom the product was originally
sold at retail. Such repair or replacement
shall not include removal or installation.

Prior to
mounting your wheels, test-fit them on your
car. Make sure they clear and fit your disc
brakes, drum brakes, suspension and body. If
there is any clearance or fitment problem,
please call us as soon as you can.

Wheels
that have been mounted with tires are not
returnable irregardless of whose fault the
problem is.

Should a
problem occur, please call us first. Do not
take any steps to remedy or repair the
wheels until we have advised you on how to
proceed.

IN NO
EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY HAVE ANY LIABILITY
(other than as set forth above), DIRECT OR
INDIRECT, OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES.

Some
states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts and/or the
exclusion or limitation of damages. You may
have other rights which vary from state to
state.

This
warranty is not applicable if:
-
A) Damage
occurred due to failure to follow proper
mounting procedures.
-
B) Damage
or corrosion occurred due to improper
maintenance. Surface rust can be prevented
by proper care and is not covered by this
warranty.

C) Damage
or structural failure occurred as a result
of an incident or road condition.
-
D) Damage
or structural failure occurred as a result
of racing or off road applications.
-
E) Damage
due to abuse, racing, excess load, "hopping"
or "jumping", improper installation or
improper mounting of balancing weights or
improper installation of the center caps.

F) Damage
due to stone chips, road hazards, lack of
maintenance or excessive exposure to water
or moisture.

G) The
wheels have been repaired, altered or
modified by any person or company other than
us.

This
warranty is the sole warranty and is in lieu
of any other warranty, express or implied
including the warranty of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
Motorspot, Inc. will not be liable for any
other remedy including diagnosis, removal
and installation labor, loss of vehicle use,
loss of time, inconvenience or any other
incidental or consequential damage.

Returns
must have a pre-authorized, authorization
number and be securely boxed and shipped as
we direct you. Any shipment of wheels or
components must be by prepaid freight.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer and are not covered under this
warranty. Please make sure that you insure
the wheels for their value. Proof of
purchase is required. The original invoice
is acceptable. We prefer you ship the wheels
back to us in the original cartons. Any
accepted returns are subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee.

Wheels
damaged in transit must be reported to the
carrier immediately. Please open your wheels
up and inspect them as soon as they arrive
to determine if there has been any shipping
damage. It is the responsibility of the
customer to process their claim for damage
through the transportation carrier.
